1.選取和安裝
叉車配重的質(zhi)量、質(zhi)心位置、后懸量由(you)整車總體布置給定(ding),其中平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)質(zhi)量的選取主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)考(kao)慮叉(cha)車滿(man)載堆(dui)垛(duo)和(he)滿(man)載行駛時的縱向穩(wen)定(ding)性。平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)的質(zhi)量直接影響到叉(cha)車前(qian)、后平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)的保護(hu)系數,是決定(ding)叉(cha)車保護(hu)系數的主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)參數。當平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)的總質(zhi)量G定(ding)下來后,即以(yi)后橋為基準(zhun),根據車架上平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)的裝配形(xing)式,準(zhun)確(que)明確(que)平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)的安裝尺寸(cun)。叉(cha)車尾架上部外(wai)側有(you)2個倒(dao)置的V形(xing)懸掛(gua)塊(kuai),將平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)用2條螺栓固定(ding)在其上。
2.通風孔
由于(yu)熱(re)(re)(re)平衡是(shi)叉車很重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)的參數(shu),散熱(re)(re)(re)性(xing)能(neng)不好很容易造成發動機冷卻水水溫過高(gao)現象,影響叉車整車性(xing)能(neng)。因(yin)此,平衡重(zhong)通(tong)風(feng)孔的位(wei)置(zhi)、風(feng)道(dao)與氣流導向就顯得很重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)。通(tong)風(feng)孔開的越(yue)高(gao)越(yue)大(da)越(yue)利于(yu)散熱(re)(re)(re);通(tong)風(feng)孔到散熱(re)(re)(re)器之間(jian)采用圓角過渡,以利于(yu)氣流導向,提散熱(re)(re)(re)性(xing)能(neng)。
3.離去角
配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)下端(duan)的離(li)去角也很重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)要(yao),該角度(du)主要(yao)是(shi)為了分開上、下坡時(shi)平衡(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)下端(duan)與(yu)地面摩擦,理論上離(li)去角與(yu)具(ju)體(ti)車(che)型的大爬坡角相等。平衡(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)下端(duan)切除點的位置要(yao)根據具(ju)體(ti)車(che)型的大爬坡度(du)、平衡(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的后懸量來(lai)明確。
