1.選取和安裝
叉車配重的(de)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量、質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)心位置(zhi)、后(hou)懸量由整車總體(ti)布(bu)置(zhi)給定(ding),其中平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量的(de)選取(qu)主要考慮叉車滿(man)載堆垛和滿(man)載行駛時的(de)縱向穩定(ding)性。平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)的(de)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量直(zhi)接影響到叉車前、后(hou)平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)的(de)保護系(xi)數(shu),是決定(ding)叉車保護系(xi)數(shu)的(de)主要參數(shu)。當(dang)平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)的(de)總質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量G定(ding)下來后(hou),即以后(hou)橋為(wei)基準(zhun),根據(ju)車架(jia)上平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)的(de)裝配形式,準(zhun)確明確平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)的(de)安裝尺寸。叉車尾架(jia)上部外側有(you)2個(ge)倒置(zhi)的(de)V形懸掛塊,將(jiang)平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)用2條螺栓(shuan)固(gu)定(ding)在其上。
2.通風孔
由于(yu)熱(re)(re)平衡是叉車(che)(che)(che)很(hen)重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)的(de)(de)參數,散熱(re)(re)性能不(bu)好(hao)很(hen)容易造成發動(dong)機(ji)冷(leng)卻(que)水水溫過高現象,影響叉車(che)(che)(che)整車(che)(che)(che)性能。因此,平衡重(zhong)(zhong)通(tong)風(feng)孔(kong)的(de)(de)位(wei)置、風(feng)道與氣流導向就顯得很(hen)重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)。通(tong)風(feng)孔(kong)開的(de)(de)越高越大(da)越利于(yu)散熱(re)(re);通(tong)風(feng)孔(kong)到散熱(re)(re)器之間采用(yong)圓角過渡,以利于(yu)氣流導向,提散熱(re)(re)性能。
3.離去角
配重(zhong)下端的(de)(de)(de)離(li)去角(jiao)(jiao)也很重(zhong)要,該角(jiao)(jiao)度(du)主要是(shi)為(wei)了(le)分開上、下坡時平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)重(zhong)下端與(yu)地(di)面摩擦,理論上離(li)去角(jiao)(jiao)與(yu)具(ju)體(ti)車型的(de)(de)(de)大爬(pa)坡角(jiao)(jiao)相等。平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)重(zhong)下端切除(chu)點(dian)的(de)(de)(de)位(wei)置要根據具(ju)體(ti)車型的(de)(de)(de)大爬(pa)坡度(du)、平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)重(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)后懸(xuan)量來明確(que)。
