1.選取和安裝
叉車配重的(de)(de)(de)質(zhi)(zhi)量、質(zhi)(zhi)心位置(zhi)、后懸量由整車總體布置(zhi)給定(ding)(ding),其中平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)質(zhi)(zhi)量的(de)(de)(de)選取主要考慮叉(cha)車滿載堆(dui)垛(duo)和滿載行駛時(shi)的(de)(de)(de)縱向穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)性(xing)。平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)質(zhi)(zhi)量直(zhi)接影響到(dao)叉(cha)車前、后平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)的(de)(de)(de)保護(hu)系數,是決定(ding)(ding)叉(cha)車保護(hu)系數的(de)(de)(de)主要參數。當(dang)平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)總質(zhi)(zhi)量G定(ding)(ding)下來后,即以后橋(qiao)為基準(zhun),根據車架上(shang)平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)裝配形(xing)式,準(zhun)確(que)明確(que)平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)安裝尺(chi)寸。叉(cha)車尾架上(shang)部外(wai)側有(you)2個倒置(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)V形(xing)懸掛塊(kuai),將平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)用2條(tiao)螺栓固(gu)定(ding)(ding)在(zai)其上(shang)。
2.通風孔
由于(yu)熱平衡(heng)是叉車(che)很(hen)重要的(de)(de)參數,散(san)(san)熱性(xing)能(neng)不(bu)好(hao)很(hen)容(rong)易造成發動機冷卻水水溫過高(gao)現象,影響叉車(che)整(zheng)車(che)性(xing)能(neng)。因此,平衡(heng)重通(tong)風孔(kong)的(de)(de)位(wei)置、風道(dao)與(yu)氣(qi)流導向就顯(xian)得很(hen)重要。通(tong)風孔(kong)開(kai)的(de)(de)越(yue)高(gao)越(yue)大越(yue)利于(yu)散(san)(san)熱;通(tong)風孔(kong)到散(san)(san)熱器之間采(cai)用(yong)圓角過渡,以利于(yu)氣(qi)流導向,提散(san)(san)熱性(xing)能(neng)。
3.離去角
配重下端(duan)(duan)的(de)離去(qu)角(jiao)也很重要(yao),該角(jiao)度(du)主要(yao)是為了分開(kai)上、下坡(po)(po)時平衡重下端(duan)(duan)與地面摩擦,理論(lun)上離去(qu)角(jiao)與具(ju)(ju)體(ti)車型(xing)的(de)大爬(pa)坡(po)(po)角(jiao)相等。平衡重下端(duan)(duan)切除點的(de)位置要(yao)根據具(ju)(ju)體(ti)車型(xing)的(de)大爬(pa)坡(po)(po)度(du)、平衡重的(de)后懸量來明確。
