1.選取和安裝
叉車配重的質量(liang)(liang)、質心位置(zhi)(zhi)、后懸量(liang)(liang)由整車(che)總體(ti)布置(zhi)(zhi)給定(ding)(ding),其中平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)重(zhong)質量(liang)(liang)的選(xuan)取主(zhu)要(yao)考慮叉(cha)(cha)車(che)滿載堆(dui)垛和滿載行(xing)駛時的縱向穩定(ding)(ding)性(xing)。平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)重(zhong)的質量(liang)(liang)直接影響到(dao)叉(cha)(cha)車(che)前、后平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)的保(bao)(bao)護系數,是(shi)決定(ding)(ding)叉(cha)(cha)車(che)保(bao)(bao)護系數的主(zhu)要(yao)參數。當(dang)平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)重(zhong)的總質量(liang)(liang)G定(ding)(ding)下來后,即以后橋為基準(zhun),根據(ju)車(che)架上平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)重(zhong)的裝配形(xing)式,準(zhun)確(que)明確(que)平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)重(zhong)的安裝尺寸。叉(cha)(cha)車(che)尾架上部外側有2個倒置(zhi)(zhi)的V形(xing)懸掛(gua)塊(kuai),將平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)重(zhong)用2條(tiao)螺(luo)栓固定(ding)(ding)在(zai)其上。
2.通風孔
由(you)于(yu)熱(re)平衡是(shi)叉(cha)車很重(zhong)要的參(can)數,散熱(re)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)不好很容(rong)易造成發動機冷卻水水溫過高現象,影響叉(cha)車整車性(xing)(xing)能(neng)。因此,平衡重(zhong)通(tong)風(feng)孔(kong)(kong)的位置、風(feng)道(dao)與氣流導向(xiang)就(jiu)顯得很重(zhong)要。通(tong)風(feng)孔(kong)(kong)開的越高越大(da)越利于(yu)散熱(re);通(tong)風(feng)孔(kong)(kong)到散熱(re)器之間采用圓角過渡,以利于(yu)氣流導向(xiang),提散熱(re)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)。
3.離去角
配重(zhong)(zhong)下(xia)(xia)端的(de)離去(qu)角(jiao)也很重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao),該角(jiao)度(du)主要(yao)是為了分開上、下(xia)(xia)坡時平衡(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)下(xia)(xia)端與地(di)面(mian)摩擦,理論上離去(qu)角(jiao)與具體車(che)型(xing)的(de)大爬坡角(jiao)相等。平衡(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)下(xia)(xia)端切除點的(de)位置要(yao)根據具體車(che)型(xing)的(de)大爬坡度(du)、平衡(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)的(de)后懸量(liang)來明確。
