1.選取和安裝

2.通風孔
由于(yu)(yu)熱(re)平衡(heng)是(shi)叉車很(hen)重(zhong)要(yao)的參數,散(san)熱(re)性能不(bu)好(hao)很(hen)容(rong)易造成(cheng)發動機冷卻水水溫(wen)過高現象(xiang),影響(xiang)叉車整車性能。因此,平衡(heng)重(zhong)通(tong)(tong)風孔(kong)(kong)的位置、風道與氣流(liu)導(dao)向就顯得很(hen)重(zhong)要(yao)。通(tong)(tong)風孔(kong)(kong)開的越(yue)高越(yue)大越(yue)利于(yu)(yu)散(san)熱(re);通(tong)(tong)風孔(kong)(kong)到散(san)熱(re)器之間采用圓角過渡,以利于(yu)(yu)氣流(liu)導(dao)向,提散(san)熱(re)性能。
3.離去角
配重下(xia)端的離去角也很重要,該角度主要是為了分開上、下(xia)坡時(shi)平衡(heng)重下(xia)端與地面摩(mo)擦,理論上離去角與具體車型的大(da)爬(pa)坡角相等。平衡(heng)重下(xia)端切除點的位(wei)置要根(gen)據(ju)具體車型的大(da)爬(pa)坡度、平衡(heng)重的后懸量(liang)來明確。
