1.選取和安裝
叉車配重的(de)(de)(de)(de)質(zhi)(zhi)量、質(zhi)(zhi)心位置(zhi)(zhi)、后懸量由(you)整(zheng)車總體布置(zhi)(zhi)給(gei)定(ding),其(qi)中(zhong)平衡(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)質(zhi)(zhi)量的(de)(de)(de)(de)選取主要考慮叉車滿載堆垛(duo)和滿載行(xing)駛(shi)時的(de)(de)(de)(de)縱向穩定(ding)性。平衡(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)質(zhi)(zhi)量直(zhi)接影響到叉車前、后平衡(heng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)保護系數,是決定(ding)叉車保護系數的(de)(de)(de)(de)主要參(can)數。當(dang)平衡(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)總質(zhi)(zhi)量G定(ding)下(xia)來(lai)后,即以(yi)后橋(qiao)為基準(zhun),根(gen)據車架上(shang)(shang)平衡(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)裝配形式,準(zhun)確(que)(que)明確(que)(que)平衡(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)安裝尺寸。叉車尾架上(shang)(shang)部外側有2個倒置(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)V形懸掛塊,將(jiang)平衡(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)用2條(tiao)螺栓固(gu)定(ding)在其(qi)上(shang)(shang)。
2.通風孔
由(you)于熱平(ping)衡(heng)是叉(cha)車(che)很重(zhong)(zhong)要的參數,散(san)熱性能(neng)不好(hao)很容易造(zao)成發(fa)動機冷卻(que)水(shui)水(shui)溫過高現(xian)象,影響叉(cha)車(che)整車(che)性能(neng)。因此,平(ping)衡(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)通風孔(kong)的位置(zhi)、風道與氣流導(dao)向(xiang)就(jiu)顯得(de)很重(zhong)(zhong)要。通風孔(kong)開的越(yue)高越(yue)大越(yue)利(li)于散(san)熱;通風孔(kong)到(dao)散(san)熱器(qi)之間采(cai)用圓角過渡,以利(li)于氣流導(dao)向(xiang),提(ti)散(san)熱性能(neng)。
3.離去角
配重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)下(xia)端(duan)的離去角(jiao)也很重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)要,該(gai)角(jiao)度主要是(shi)為了分(fen)開(kai)上(shang)、下(xia)坡時(shi)平(ping)(ping)衡重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)下(xia)端(duan)與(yu)地(di)面摩擦,理論(lun)上(shang)離去角(jiao)與(yu)具(ju)體車型的大爬(pa)坡角(jiao)相等。平(ping)(ping)衡重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)下(xia)端(duan)切(qie)除點的位(wei)置要根據具(ju)體車型的大爬(pa)坡度、平(ping)(ping)衡重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的后懸量來(lai)明確。
