1.選取和安裝

2.通風孔
由于(yu)(yu)熱平衡是叉(cha)車很(hen)(hen)重(zhong)(zhong)要的參數,散熱性能不好很(hen)(hen)容(rong)易造成(cheng)發動(dong)機(ji)冷卻(que)水水溫過高現象,影響叉(cha)車整車性能。因此,平衡重(zhong)(zhong)通風(feng)孔(kong)的位置、風(feng)道(dao)與氣流導向(xiang)(xiang)就顯得(de)很(hen)(hen)重(zhong)(zhong)要。通風(feng)孔(kong)開的越(yue)高越(yue)大越(yue)利(li)(li)于(yu)(yu)散熱;通風(feng)孔(kong)到散熱器之間采用圓(yuan)角過渡,以利(li)(li)于(yu)(yu)氣流導向(xiang)(xiang),提散熱性能。
3.離去角
配重下端的(de)(de)(de)離(li)去角也很重要(yao),該角度主要(yao)是為了(le)分開上(shang)、下坡時平衡(heng)重下端與地面摩擦,理論(lun)上(shang)離(li)去角與具體(ti)車型(xing)的(de)(de)(de)大(da)爬(pa)坡角相(xiang)等。平衡(heng)重下端切除點的(de)(de)(de)位置要(yao)根據具體(ti)車型(xing)的(de)(de)(de)大(da)爬(pa)坡度、平衡(heng)重的(de)(de)(de)后懸量來明確。
