1.選取和安裝
叉車配重的質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)、質(zhi)(zhi)心位(wei)置(zhi)、后懸量(liang)由整車(che)總體布置(zhi)給(gei)定,其(qi)中平衡(heng)(heng)(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)的選取主(zhu)要考慮叉車(che)滿載堆垛和滿載行駛時的縱向穩定性。平衡(heng)(heng)(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)的質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)直接影(ying)響到叉車(che)前、后平衡(heng)(heng)(heng)的保(bao)護(hu)系(xi)數(shu),是決(jue)定叉車(che)保(bao)護(hu)系(xi)數(shu)的主(zhu)要參數(shu)。當平衡(heng)(heng)(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)的總質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)G定下(xia)來后,即以后橋為基準,根(gen)據車(che)架(jia)(jia)上平衡(heng)(heng)(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)的裝配形式(shi),準確明確平衡(heng)(heng)(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)的安(an)裝尺寸。叉車(che)尾架(jia)(jia)上部外側(ce)有2個倒(dao)置(zhi)的V形懸掛塊,將(jiang)平衡(heng)(heng)(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)用2條螺栓固(gu)定在其(qi)上。
2.通風孔
由(you)于熱(re)平衡(heng)是(shi)叉(cha)(cha)車(che)很重(zhong)要的(de)參數,散(san)(san)熱(re)性(xing)能(neng)不(bu)好(hao)很容易造成發動機(ji)冷(leng)卻水水溫(wen)過高(gao)現象,影響叉(cha)(cha)車(che)整車(che)性(xing)能(neng)。因此,平衡(heng)重(zhong)通風(feng)(feng)孔(kong)(kong)的(de)位(wei)置、風(feng)(feng)道(dao)與氣流導向(xiang)就顯得很重(zhong)要。通風(feng)(feng)孔(kong)(kong)開的(de)越(yue)(yue)高(gao)越(yue)(yue)大越(yue)(yue)利于散(san)(san)熱(re);通風(feng)(feng)孔(kong)(kong)到(dao)散(san)(san)熱(re)器之間采用圓角過渡,以利于氣流導向(xiang),提散(san)(san)熱(re)性(xing)能(neng)。
3.離去角
配重下端(duan)(duan)的離(li)去角(jiao)也很(hen)重要,該角(jiao)度(du)主(zhu)要是(shi)為了分開上(shang)、下坡時平(ping)衡重下端(duan)(duan)與(yu)地面摩擦,理論(lun)上(shang)離(li)去角(jiao)與(yu)具(ju)體(ti)車型的大(da)爬(pa)坡角(jiao)相等(deng)。平(ping)衡重下端(duan)(duan)切(qie)除點的位(wei)置(zhi)要根據具(ju)體(ti)車型的大(da)爬(pa)坡度(du)、平(ping)衡重的后懸(xuan)量來明確(que)。
