1.選取和安裝
叉車配重的質(zhi)(zhi)量、質(zhi)(zhi)心位置(zhi)、后(hou)懸量由整車總(zong)體布置(zhi)給定,其中平衡(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)質(zhi)(zhi)量的選取主(zhu)要(yao)考(kao)慮(lv)叉(cha)車滿載堆(dui)垛和滿載行駛時的縱向穩(wen)定性。平衡(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)的質(zhi)(zhi)量直(zhi)接影響(xiang)到叉(cha)車前(qian)、后(hou)平衡(heng)的保護系數(shu),是決定叉(cha)車保護系數(shu)的主(zhu)要(yao)參數(shu)。當平衡(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)的總(zong)質(zhi)(zhi)量G定下(xia)來后(hou),即(ji)以后(hou)橋(qiao)為(wei)基準(zhun),根據車架(jia)上(shang)平衡(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)的裝配形式,準(zhun)確(que)明確(que)平衡(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)的安裝尺寸。叉(cha)車尾架(jia)上(shang)部(bu)外側有2個倒置(zhi)的V形懸掛塊,將平衡(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)用2條(tiao)螺栓固定在其上(shang)。
2.通風孔
由于(yu)(yu)熱平衡是叉(cha)車很重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)的參數(shu),散(san)(san)熱性(xing)能不好很容易造成發動機冷卻水水溫過高(gao)現象,影(ying)響叉(cha)車整車性(xing)能。因(yin)此,平衡重(zhong)(zhong)通風(feng)孔(kong)的位置、風(feng)道與(yu)氣(qi)流導(dao)向就顯得很重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)。通風(feng)孔(kong)開的越(yue)高(gao)越(yue)大越(yue)利于(yu)(yu)散(san)(san)熱;通風(feng)孔(kong)到散(san)(san)熱器之(zhi)間采用圓角過渡,以利于(yu)(yu)氣(qi)流導(dao)向,提散(san)(san)熱性(xing)能。
3.離去角
配重(zhong)(zhong)下(xia)(xia)端(duan)的(de)離去角(jiao)(jiao)也(ye)很重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao),該(gai)角(jiao)(jiao)度主要(yao)是(shi)為了(le)分開上(shang)、下(xia)(xia)坡時平衡(heng)(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)下(xia)(xia)端(duan)與地面(mian)摩擦,理論上(shang)離去角(jiao)(jiao)與具體(ti)車型(xing)的(de)大爬坡角(jiao)(jiao)相(xiang)等。平衡(heng)(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)下(xia)(xia)端(duan)切除(chu)點的(de)位置要(yao)根據具體(ti)車型(xing)的(de)大爬坡度、平衡(heng)(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)的(de)后懸量來明(ming)確。
