1.選取和安裝

2.通風孔
由于(yu)(yu)熱(re)平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)是(shi)叉車很重要的(de)參數,散熱(re)性(xing)能不好(hao)很容易造成發動(dong)機冷卻水(shui)水(shui)溫過(guo)高現象,影(ying)響叉車整車性(xing)能。因此,平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)重通(tong)(tong)風孔(kong)的(de)位(wei)置、風道與氣(qi)流導向就顯得很重要。通(tong)(tong)風孔(kong)開的(de)越(yue)(yue)高越(yue)(yue)大越(yue)(yue)利于(yu)(yu)散熱(re);通(tong)(tong)風孔(kong)到散熱(re)器之間(jian)采用圓角(jiao)過(guo)渡,以(yi)利于(yu)(yu)氣(qi)流導向,提(ti)散熱(re)性(xing)能。
3.離去角
配重(zhong)(zhong)下端的(de)離去角也很(hen)重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)(yao),該角度主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)是為了分開(kai)上、下坡(po)時平(ping)衡(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)下端與地面(mian)摩擦(ca),理論(lun)上離去角與具(ju)體(ti)車(che)型(xing)的(de)大爬(pa)坡(po)角相等。平(ping)衡(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)下端切除(chu)點的(de)位(wei)置要(yao)(yao)根(gen)據具(ju)體(ti)車(che)型(xing)的(de)大爬(pa)坡(po)度、平(ping)衡(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)的(de)后懸量來明確。
