1.選取和安裝
叉車配重的質(zhi)量(liang)、質(zhi)心位置、后懸(xuan)(xuan)量(liang)由整車總(zong)體布置給定(ding),其中平(ping)衡(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)質(zhi)量(liang)的選(xuan)取主(zhu)要考慮叉(cha)車滿載堆垛和滿載行駛(shi)時的縱(zong)向穩定(ding)性。平(ping)衡(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的質(zhi)量(liang)直接(jie)影響到叉(cha)車前、后平(ping)衡(heng)的保護系(xi)數,是決定(ding)叉(cha)車保護系(xi)數的主(zhu)要參數。當平(ping)衡(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的總(zong)質(zhi)量(liang)G定(ding)下來后,即以(yi)后橋(qiao)為基準(zhun),根據車架上平(ping)衡(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的裝配(pei)形(xing)(xing)式,準(zhun)確(que)明確(que)平(ping)衡(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的安裝尺寸。叉(cha)車尾架上部外側有2個(ge)倒置的V形(xing)(xing)懸(xuan)(xuan)掛(gua)塊,將平(ping)衡(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)用(yong)2條螺栓固定(ding)在(zai)其上。
2.通風孔
由于熱(re)(re)平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)是叉車(che)很重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)的(de)(de)參數(shu),散熱(re)(re)性能(neng)不好(hao)很容(rong)易造成(cheng)發動機冷卻水水溫過高(gao)現象,影響叉車(che)整車(che)性能(neng)。因(yin)此,平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)通風(feng)(feng)孔的(de)(de)位(wei)置(zhi)、風(feng)(feng)道與氣流導(dao)向就顯得很重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)。通風(feng)(feng)孔開(kai)的(de)(de)越(yue)(yue)高(gao)越(yue)(yue)大越(yue)(yue)利(li)于散熱(re)(re);通風(feng)(feng)孔到散熱(re)(re)器之間采用(yong)圓角過渡(du),以(yi)利(li)于氣流導(dao)向,提散熱(re)(re)性能(neng)。
3.離去角
配(pei)重(zhong)下(xia)端的(de)(de)離去(qu)角(jiao)也很重(zhong)要,該角(jiao)度(du)主要是為了分開上、下(xia)坡(po)(po)時平衡(heng)(heng)重(zhong)下(xia)端與(yu)地(di)面摩(mo)擦,理論上離去(qu)角(jiao)與(yu)具(ju)(ju)體車型的(de)(de)大爬坡(po)(po)角(jiao)相等。平衡(heng)(heng)重(zhong)下(xia)端切(qie)除點的(de)(de)位置要根(gen)據具(ju)(ju)體車型的(de)(de)大爬坡(po)(po)度(du)、平衡(heng)(heng)重(zhong)的(de)(de)后懸量(liang)來明確。
