1.選取和安裝
叉車配重的(de)(de)(de)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)、質(zhi)(zhi)心位置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)、后懸量(liang)由整車(che)(che)(che)總體布置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)給定(ding)(ding),其中(zhong)平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)選取主要(yao)考慮(lv)叉(cha)車(che)(che)(che)滿載(zai)堆(dui)垛(duo)和滿載(zai)行駛時的(de)(de)(de)縱(zong)向穩定(ding)(ding)性。平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)直接影響到(dao)叉(cha)車(che)(che)(che)前、后平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)的(de)(de)(de)保護系數,是決定(ding)(ding)叉(cha)車(che)(che)(che)保護系數的(de)(de)(de)主要(yao)參數。當平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)總質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)G定(ding)(ding)下來后,即以后橋為基(ji)準,根據車(che)(che)(che)架上平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)裝(zhuang)配形(xing)式,準確明確平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)安(an)裝(zhuang)尺(chi)寸。叉(cha)車(che)(che)(che)尾架上部(bu)外側有2個(ge)倒置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)V形(xing)懸掛塊,將(jiang)平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)用(yong)2條螺(luo)栓固定(ding)(ding)在其上。
2.通風孔
由于熱(re)(re)平衡是叉車很重要(yao)的參數,散(san)熱(re)(re)性能不好很容易(yi)造成發動(dong)機冷(leng)卻水(shui)水(shui)溫過(guo)高(gao)現(xian)象,影響叉車整(zheng)車性能。因此(ci),平衡重通風孔的位(wei)置、風道與氣流(liu)導(dao)向就顯得很重要(yao)。通風孔開(kai)的越高(gao)越大越利(li)(li)于散(san)熱(re)(re);通風孔到散(san)熱(re)(re)器(qi)之(zhi)間采用圓角過(guo)渡(du),以利(li)(li)于氣流(liu)導(dao)向,提(ti)散(san)熱(re)(re)性能。
3.離去角
配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)下端(duan)的離去(qu)角(jiao)也很(hen)重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao),該角(jiao)度主要(yao)是(shi)為了(le)分(fen)開上、下坡(po)時平衡(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)下端(duan)與地(di)面摩(mo)擦,理論上離去(qu)角(jiao)與具(ju)體車(che)型(xing)的大(da)爬坡(po)角(jiao)相等。平衡(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)下端(duan)切(qie)除點的位置要(yao)根據具(ju)體車(che)型(xing)的大(da)爬坡(po)度、平衡(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)的后懸量(liang)來(lai)明確。
