1.選取和安裝
叉車配重的(de)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)、質(zhi)(zhi)心位(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)、后懸量(liang)(liang)由整(zheng)車總體布置(zhi)(zhi)給(gei)定,其中平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)的(de)選取主(zhu)要(yao)考慮叉(cha)(cha)車滿載堆(dui)垛和(he)滿載行駛時(shi)的(de)縱向(xiang)穩定性。平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)直(zhi)接影響到叉(cha)(cha)車前(qian)、后平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)的(de)保(bao)(bao)護系數,是(shi)決定叉(cha)(cha)車保(bao)(bao)護系數的(de)主(zhu)要(yao)參數。當平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)總質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)G定下來(lai)后,即以(yi)后橋(qiao)為基準(zhun),根(gen)據(ju)車架上平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)裝(zhuang)配形式,準(zhun)確(que)明確(que)平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)安裝(zhuang)尺(chi)寸(cun)。叉(cha)(cha)車尾架上部外側有2個倒置(zhi)(zhi)的(de)V形懸掛(gua)塊,將平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)用2條螺栓固(gu)定在其上。
2.通風孔
由于(yu)熱(re)平(ping)衡(heng)是叉車很(hen)(hen)(hen)重(zhong)要的(de)參數(shu),散熱(re)性能不好(hao)很(hen)(hen)(hen)容易造成發動(dong)機冷卻水水溫過高現象,影響叉車整車性能。因此(ci),平(ping)衡(heng)重(zhong)通風(feng)孔(kong)的(de)位置、風(feng)道與氣流(liu)導向(xiang)就顯得很(hen)(hen)(hen)重(zhong)要。通風(feng)孔(kong)開的(de)越(yue)高越(yue)大越(yue)利(li)于(yu)散熱(re);通風(feng)孔(kong)到(dao)散熱(re)器之間采用(yong)圓角過渡,以利(li)于(yu)氣流(liu)導向(xiang),提(ti)散熱(re)性能。
3.離去角
配重(zhong)下端(duan)的(de)離去(qu)角(jiao)也很重(zhong)要,該角(jiao)度主要是(shi)為(wei)了分(fen)開上、下坡時(shi)平(ping)衡重(zhong)下端(duan)與地面摩擦,理論上離去(qu)角(jiao)與具(ju)體車型的(de)大爬(pa)坡角(jiao)相等。平(ping)衡重(zhong)下端(duan)切(qie)除點的(de)位置要根據具(ju)體車型的(de)大爬(pa)坡度、平(ping)衡重(zhong)的(de)后懸量來明確。
