1.選取和安裝
叉車配重的(de)質(zhi)量、質(zhi)心位(wei)置、后(hou)懸量由整車總體布置給定(ding)(ding),其中平衡(heng)(heng)(heng)重質(zhi)量的(de)選取主要(yao)考慮叉車滿載堆垛(duo)和滿載行駛時的(de)縱(zong)向穩定(ding)(ding)性。平衡(heng)(heng)(heng)重的(de)質(zhi)量直接(jie)影響到叉車前、后(hou)平衡(heng)(heng)(heng)的(de)保護系數(shu),是決(jue)定(ding)(ding)叉車保護系數(shu)的(de)主要(yao)參數(shu)。當平衡(heng)(heng)(heng)重的(de)總質(zhi)量G定(ding)(ding)下來后(hou),即以(yi)后(hou)橋為(wei)基準,根據車架上平衡(heng)(heng)(heng)重的(de)裝配(pei)形式(shi),準確明確平衡(heng)(heng)(heng)重的(de)安裝尺(chi)寸(cun)。叉車尾架上部外側有2個倒置的(de)V形懸掛塊,將平衡(heng)(heng)(heng)重用2條螺栓固定(ding)(ding)在其上。
2.通風孔

3.離去角
配重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)下(xia)端(duan)(duan)的離去(qu)角(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)也(ye)很重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)要(yao),該角(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)度主要(yao)是為了分開上(shang)(shang)、下(xia)坡時平(ping)衡重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)下(xia)端(duan)(duan)與地(di)面摩擦,理論上(shang)(shang)離去(qu)角(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)與具體(ti)車型的大爬(pa)坡角(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)相等。平(ping)衡重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)下(xia)端(duan)(duan)切除點(dian)的位置要(yao)根據具體(ti)車型的大爬(pa)坡度、平(ping)衡重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的后懸(xuan)量來(lai)明確。
