配重塊結構(gou)設(she)計(ji)除應符(fu)合(he)機器(qi)設(she)備本(ben)身的(de)要求和機械加工工藝性的(de)要求外,還應符(fu)合(he)鑄(zhu)造工藝的(de)要求,配重塊的(de)結構(gou)設(she)計(ji)應注意以下幾點(dian):
一、要(yao)便于制造模型(xing)、芯(xin)盒(he)和造型(xing):
1)配重塊(kuai)的(de)外(wai)形應(ying)力求簡單,以(yi)便于起模(mo),應(ying)盡(jin)量使(shi)鑄造分型面為平(ping)面,且數目小;
2)配(pei)重塊的內腔應(ying)(ying)力求鑄造時(shi)不用(yong)或少用(yong)型芯,當采用(yong)型芯時(shi),應(ying)(ying)方便其(qi)支撐、固定及排氣出砂,時(shi)應(ying)(ying)設有足夠的工(gong)藝孔;
3)對于配重(zhong)塊內(nei)外側面及加強肋等結構,應在(zai)起模方向設有的結構斜度;
4)配重塊上的凸臺部(bu)分(fen)與配重鐵(tie)本體不應相(xiang)差過大,好取同(tong)一高度(du),同(tong)一面上的距離(li)較近的幾個(ge)凸臺,好連成整體的凸起部(bu)分(fen)。
