配重塊結構(gou)(gou)設計除應(ying)符(fu)合機器設備本身(shen)的(de)(de)要(yao)求(qiu)和機械加工(gong)工(gong)藝性的(de)(de)要(yao)求(qiu)外(wai),還應(ying)符(fu)合鑄造工(gong)藝的(de)(de)要(yao)求(qiu),配重塊的(de)(de)結構(gou)(gou)設計應(ying)注(zhu)意(yi)以下幾點:
一(yi)、要便于制(zhi)造模(mo)型、芯盒和(he)造型:
1)配重塊的外形(xing)應(ying)(ying)力求簡單,以便于起模,應(ying)(ying)盡量(liang)使鑄(zhu)造分型(xing)面(mian)為平面(mian),且數目(mu)小;
2)配重塊(kuai)的內腔應力求鑄造時(shi)不(bu)用或少用型芯,當采用型芯時(shi),應方便其支撐、固定及排氣(qi)出砂,時(shi)應設有足夠(gou)的工藝孔;
3)對于配重塊(kuai)內外側面及加(jia)強肋等結構,應在起(qi)模方向(xiang)設有的(de)結構斜度;
4)配重塊(kuai)上的(de)凸臺(tai)部分(fen)與配重鐵本體不應(ying)相差過大,好取同一高度(du),同一面上的(de)距離較近(jin)的(de)幾(ji)個(ge)凸臺(tai),好連成整體的(de)凸起部分(fen)。
