配重塊結構設計(ji)除(chu)應符合機器(qi)設備本身的要(yao)求(qiu)和機械加工工藝(yi)性的要(yao)求(qiu)外,還應符合鑄造(zao)工藝(yi)的要(yao)求(qiu),配重塊的結構設計(ji)應注(zhu)意以下幾點:
一、要便于(yu)制造模型、芯盒和(he)造型:
1)配重塊的外形(xing)應力求簡(jian)單,以便于起模,應盡量使鑄造分(fen)型(xing)面為平面,且數目(mu)小;
2)配(pei)重(zhong)塊的內腔應(ying)力(li)求鑄(zhu)造(zao)時(shi)不用或少(shao)用型(xing)芯,當采用型(xing)芯時(shi),應(ying)方便其支撐、固定及(ji)排氣出砂,時(shi)應(ying)設(she)有足夠的工藝孔;
3)對于(yu)配重塊內外側面及加(jia)強肋等結(jie)構(gou),應在起模(mo)方向設(she)有的結(jie)構(gou)斜(xie)度;
4)配(pei)重塊(kuai)上的(de)凸臺(tai)部分與配(pei)重鐵本體不應相(xiang)差(cha)過大,好取同一高度,同一面上的(de)距(ju)離較近的(de)幾個凸臺(tai),好連成整體的(de)凸起部分。
