配重塊結(jie)構(gou)設計除應符(fu)合機器設備本身的要求和機械加工(gong)工(gong)藝性的要求外,還(huan)應符(fu)合鑄造工(gong)藝的要求,配重(zhong)塊的結(jie)構(gou)設計應注意(yi)以下幾(ji)點(dian):
一、要便于(yu)制造模型、芯(xin)盒和造型:
1)配重塊(kuai)的外形應力求簡單(dan),以便于起模,應盡量使鑄造分(fen)型面(mian)為平(ping)面(mian),且數目(mu)小;
2)配(pei)重塊的(de)內(nei)腔(qiang)應(ying)力求(qiu)鑄造(zao)時(shi)(shi)不用(yong)或少用(yong)型芯,當采用(yong)型芯時(shi)(shi),應(ying)方便其(qi)支撐、固(gu)定及排氣出砂,時(shi)(shi)應(ying)設有(you)足夠的(de)工藝孔;
3)對于配重塊內外側面(mian)及加強肋(lei)等結構(gou),應在起(qi)模方(fang)向設有的(de)結構(gou)斜(xie)度;
4)配重(zhong)塊上(shang)(shang)的(de)凸(tu)(tu)臺(tai)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)與配重(zhong)鐵本體(ti)不應相差過大,好取同一高度,同一面上(shang)(shang)的(de)距離較近(jin)的(de)幾個凸(tu)(tu)臺(tai),好連成(cheng)整體(ti)的(de)凸(tu)(tu)起部(bu)(bu)分(fen)。
