配重塊結構設(she)(she)計除(chu)應(ying)(ying)符合機器(qi)設(she)(she)備本(ben)身的要求和(he)機械(xie)加工工藝(yi)性的要求外,還應(ying)(ying)符合鑄(zhu)造工藝(yi)的要求,配重塊的結構設(she)(she)計應(ying)(ying)注意以下幾(ji)點:
一、要便于制造模型、芯盒(he)和造型:
1)配重塊的外形應(ying)力求簡單,以便于(yu)起模,應(ying)盡量使鑄造分(fen)型面為平面,且(qie)數目小;
2)配重塊的內腔應(ying)力求鑄造時(shi)不用或(huo)少(shao)用型芯(xin),當采(cai)用型芯(xin)時(shi),應(ying)方便其(qi)支撐(cheng)、固定及排氣出砂,時(shi)應(ying)設(she)有足夠的工藝孔;
3)對于配重(zhong)塊(kuai)內外側面(mian)及加強肋等(deng)結構(gou),應(ying)在起模方向設有的結構(gou)斜度;
4)配重(zhong)塊(kuai)上的(de)凸(tu)臺部(bu)分與配重(zhong)鐵本體(ti)不應相差過大,好(hao)取同(tong)一(yi)高度,同(tong)一(yi)面(mian)上的(de)距離(li)較近的(de)幾個凸(tu)臺,好(hao)連成整體(ti)的(de)凸(tu)起(qi)部(bu)分。
