配重塊結構設計(ji)除應符合機器設備(bei)本身的要求和機械加工(gong)工(gong)藝(yi)性的要求外,還(huan)應符合鑄造工(gong)藝(yi)的要求,配重(zhong)塊的結構設計(ji)應注(zhu)意以下幾點:
一(yi)、要便于制造(zao)模型、芯(xin)盒和(he)造(zao)型:
1)配重塊(kuai)的外形應力求簡(jian)單,以便于起模,應盡量使鑄造分型面(mian)為平面(mian),且數目小(xiao);
2)配重塊的內腔(qiang)應力求鑄(zhu)造時(shi)不用或(huo)少用型芯,當(dang)采用型芯時(shi),應方便其支撐、固定(ding)及(ji)排氣出砂,時(shi)應設(she)有足夠(gou)的工藝(yi)孔;
3)對于配重塊內外(wai)側面及加強肋等結構,應(ying)在(zai)起模方向設有的結構斜度;
4)配重(zhong)塊上的(de)凸臺部(bu)分(fen)與配重(zhong)鐵本體不應(ying)相差過(guo)大(da),好(hao)取同(tong)一(yi)高(gao)度,同(tong)一(yi)面上的(de)距離較近的(de)幾個凸臺,好(hao)連(lian)成(cheng)整體的(de)凸起部(bu)分(fen)。
