配重塊結(jie)構設(she)計除(chu)應符合機(ji)器(qi)設(she)備本身的要求和機(ji)械(xie)加工(gong)工(gong)藝性的要求外,還應符合鑄造工(gong)藝的要求,配重塊的結(jie)構設(she)計應注意以下幾(ji)點:
一、要便于制造模型(xing)、芯盒和造型(xing):
1)配重(zhong)塊的外形應力求簡單,以便于起模(mo),應盡量(liang)使鑄造分型面為平面,且數目(mu)小(xiao);
2)配(pei)重塊的內腔應力求鑄造時不用(yong)(yong)或少用(yong)(yong)型芯(xin),當采用(yong)(yong)型芯(xin)時,應方便其支(zhi)撐(cheng)、固定及排氣出(chu)砂,時應設有(you)足夠的工藝孔;
3)對于(yu)配重(zhong)塊內外側面(mian)及加(jia)強肋等(deng)結(jie)構,應在起(qi)模方(fang)向設有的(de)結(jie)構斜度;
4)配重塊上的凸(tu)(tu)臺(tai)部(bu)分與配重鐵本(ben)體不應相(xiang)差過大,好取同一高度(du),同一面上的距(ju)離較(jiao)近的幾(ji)個凸(tu)(tu)臺(tai),好連(lian)成整(zheng)體的凸(tu)(tu)起部(bu)分。
