配重塊結(jie)構(gou)設計(ji)除應(ying)符(fu)合機(ji)器設備本身的要(yao)求和機(ji)械加工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)藝性(xing)的要(yao)求外,還應(ying)符(fu)合鑄(zhu)造工(gong)(gong)藝的要(yao)求,配重塊(kuai)的結(jie)構(gou)設計(ji)應(ying)注意以下幾(ji)點:
一、要便于制造模型、芯(xin)盒和(he)造型:
1)配重塊的外形應力(li)求簡單,以便于起模,應盡量使鑄(zhu)造(zao)分型面為平(ping)面,且(qie)數(shu)目小;
2)配重塊(kuai)的內(nei)腔應(ying)力求鑄造時(shi)不(bu)用(yong)或少用(yong)型(xing)芯,當采用(yong)型(xing)芯時(shi),應(ying)方便(bian)其支撐、固定及排氣(qi)出砂,時(shi)應(ying)設有(you)足(zu)夠(gou)的工(gong)藝孔(kong);
3)對于配重塊(kuai)內(nei)外側面及加強肋等結(jie)構,應在起模方向設有的結(jie)構斜(xie)度;
4)配重(zhong)塊上的(de)(de)凸臺部分(fen)與配重(zhong)鐵本體不應相差(cha)過大,好取(qu)同一高度(du),同一面上的(de)(de)距離較(jiao)近的(de)(de)幾個凸臺,好連成整體的(de)(de)凸起部分(fen)。
