配重塊結(jie)(jie)構設計除應(ying)符合(he)機(ji)器設備(bei)本身的(de)(de)要求和機(ji)械加(jia)工工藝(yi)性(xing)的(de)(de)要求外,還應(ying)符合(he)鑄造工藝(yi)的(de)(de)要求,配(pei)重(zhong)塊的(de)(de)結(jie)(jie)構設計應(ying)注意(yi)以下幾點:
一、要便于制造模型、芯盒和造型:
1)配(pei)重塊的外(wai)形(xing)應(ying)力(li)求(qiu)簡單(dan),以便于起(qi)模,應(ying)盡量(liang)使鑄造分(fen)型面(mian)為平面(mian),且數目小;
2)配重塊的(de)內腔應(ying)力求鑄(zhu)造(zao)時(shi)不用或少(shao)用型(xing)(xing)芯(xin),當采(cai)用型(xing)(xing)芯(xin)時(shi),應(ying)方便其(qi)支撐(cheng)、固定(ding)及(ji)排氣出砂,時(shi)應(ying)設有(you)足夠的(de)工藝孔(kong);
3)對于配重塊內外側面(mian)及加強(qiang)肋等結構,應在起模方(fang)向設有的(de)結構斜度;
4)配重塊(kuai)上的凸(tu)臺部分(fen)與配重鐵本體不應(ying)相差過大,好(hao)取同(tong)一(yi)高度,同(tong)一(yi)面上的距(ju)離(li)較近的幾(ji)個凸(tu)臺,好(hao)連成整體的凸(tu)起部分(fen)。
