配重塊結構設(she)計(ji)(ji)除應(ying)符合機器(qi)設(she)備(bei)本(ben)身的要(yao)求(qiu)和機械加工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)藝性(xing)的要(yao)求(qiu)外,還(huan)應(ying)符合鑄造工(gong)(gong)藝的要(yao)求(qiu),配重塊的結構設(she)計(ji)(ji)應(ying)注意以下幾(ji)點:
一(yi)、要便于(yu)制造模型、芯盒和造型:
1)配重(zhong)塊的(de)外形應(ying)力求簡(jian)單,以便(bian)于起(qi)模,應(ying)盡(jin)量使(shi)鑄造分型面為(wei)平面,且數目小(xiao);
2)配(pei)重塊的內腔應力(li)求(qiu)鑄造時不用(yong)或少用(yong)型芯,當采(cai)用(yong)型芯時,應方便其支(zhi)撐、固(gu)定及(ji)排氣出(chu)砂,時應設有(you)足夠(gou)的工藝孔;
3)對于配(pei)重塊內外側(ce)面及加(jia)強肋(lei)等結構,應在起(qi)模方向(xiang)設有的結構斜度;
4)配(pei)重(zhong)塊上(shang)的凸臺(tai)部(bu)分與配(pei)重(zhong)鐵(tie)本(ben)體不應相差過(guo)大,好取同一高度,同一面上(shang)的距離較近的幾(ji)個凸臺(tai),好連成整(zheng)體的凸起部(bu)分。
