配重塊結構設(she)(she)計除應符合機器設(she)(she)備本身的(de)要求和機械加工(gong)工(gong)藝(yi)性的(de)要求外,還應符合鑄造(zao)工(gong)藝(yi)的(de)要求,配重塊的(de)結構設(she)(she)計應注(zhu)意以(yi)下幾點:
一(yi)、要便于制造(zao)模型(xing)、芯(xin)盒和造(zao)型(xing):
1)配(pei)重(zhong)塊的外形應(ying)力(li)求簡單,以便(bian)于(yu)起模,應(ying)盡量使鑄造分型面為平面,且(qie)數目小;
2)配(pei)重塊的內腔(qiang)應(ying)力求鑄造(zao)時(shi)不(bu)用(yong)或少用(yong)型芯,當采用(yong)型芯時(shi),應(ying)方便其支撐、固定及(ji)排氣(qi)出砂,時(shi)應(ying)設(she)有足夠的工藝孔(kong);
3)對于配(pei)重(zhong)塊內外側面及加強肋等(deng)結構,應在起(qi)模方向設有的(de)結構斜(xie)度;
4)配重塊上的(de)凸臺(tai)部分(fen)與配重鐵本體不應相差過大,好取(qu)同一高度,同一面(mian)上的(de)距離較近的(de)幾(ji)個凸臺(tai),好連成整體的(de)凸起(qi)部分(fen)。
