配重塊結構(gou)(gou)設(she)計除應符合機器設(she)備本身(shen)的(de)要(yao)求和(he)機械加工工藝性的(de)要(yao)求外(wai),還應符合鑄造工藝的(de)要(yao)求,配重塊的(de)結構(gou)(gou)設(she)計應注意(yi)以下(xia)幾點:
一、要便于制造(zao)模型、芯盒和(he)造(zao)型:
1)配(pei)重塊的外形應力求簡單,以便于起(qi)模,應盡量使鑄造(zao)分型面(mian)為平面(mian),且(qie)數目小;
2)配(pei)重塊的(de)內腔應(ying)力求鑄造時不用(yong)(yong)或(huo)少(shao)用(yong)(yong)型(xing)芯,當采用(yong)(yong)型(xing)芯時,應(ying)方便其支撐、固(gu)定(ding)及排氣出砂,時應(ying)設(she)有足夠的(de)工藝孔;
3)對于配重(zhong)塊內(nei)外側面及加強肋等結(jie)構,應(ying)在起模方向設有的(de)結(jie)構斜度;
4)配重塊(kuai)上的凸(tu)(tu)臺(tai)部分與配重鐵本(ben)體不應相差過大,好取同一高度,同一面(mian)上的距(ju)離(li)較近的幾個凸(tu)(tu)臺(tai),好連成(cheng)整體的凸(tu)(tu)起部分。
