配重塊結構(gou)設計(ji)除應(ying)符(fu)(fu)合機器設備(bei)本身的要求和(he)機械加工(gong)工(gong)藝性的要求外,還應(ying)符(fu)(fu)合鑄造工(gong)藝的要求,配重塊(kuai)的結構(gou)設計(ji)應(ying)注意以下幾點:
一、要便于制造模型、芯盒和造型:
1)配重塊(kuai)的外形應力求簡單,以便(bian)于起(qi)模,應盡量使鑄造分型面(mian)為平面(mian),且數目小;
2)配重塊的(de)內腔應(ying)力求鑄造(zao)時不用(yong)或少(shao)用(yong)型芯,當采用(yong)型芯時,應(ying)方便其支撐、固定及排氣出(chu)砂,時應(ying)設(she)有足夠的(de)工藝孔(kong);
3)對于配重塊內外(wai)側面及加(jia)強肋(lei)等結構(gou),應在(zai)起模方向設有的結構(gou)斜度;
4)配重(zhong)(zhong)塊上的凸臺(tai)部(bu)分(fen)與配重(zhong)(zhong)鐵本(ben)體不(bu)應(ying)相(xiang)差(cha)過大,好(hao)取同(tong)一(yi)高度,同(tong)一(yi)面上的距離較近的幾個凸臺(tai),好(hao)連成整(zheng)體的凸起(qi)部(bu)分(fen)。
