配重塊結(jie)構設計除(chu)應(ying)符合(he)機(ji)(ji)器設備本身(shen)的要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)和機(ji)(ji)械(xie)加工(gong)工(gong)藝(yi)性的要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)外,還應(ying)符合(he)鑄(zhu)造工(gong)藝(yi)的要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu),配重塊的結(jie)構設計應(ying)注意以下幾點(dian):
一、要便于制造(zao)模型(xing)、芯盒和造(zao)型(xing):
1)配(pei)重塊的外形應力求簡單,以便(bian)于起模,應盡量使鑄造(zao)分型面(mian)為平面(mian),且數目小;
2)配(pei)重塊的內(nei)腔(qiang)應(ying)(ying)力求(qiu)鑄造時不用或少(shao)用型(xing)芯(xin),當采(cai)用型(xing)芯(xin)時,應(ying)(ying)方便其支撐、固(gu)定及排氣出(chu)砂,時應(ying)(ying)設有足(zu)夠(gou)的工藝孔(kong);
3)對于配重塊內外側面及加強肋等結(jie)(jie)構,應在(zai)起模方(fang)向(xiang)設有(you)的結(jie)(jie)構斜度;
4)配重塊上的凸(tu)(tu)臺(tai)(tai)部分(fen)與配重鐵本體(ti)(ti)不應相(xiang)差過大,好(hao)取同(tong)一高度,同(tong)一面上的距(ju)離較近的幾個凸(tu)(tu)臺(tai)(tai),好(hao)連(lian)成整體(ti)(ti)的凸(tu)(tu)起部分(fen)。
