配重塊結構(gou)設計除應符合機(ji)器設備本身的(de)要求(qiu)和機(ji)械加(jia)工(gong)工(gong)藝性的(de)要求(qiu)外,還應符合鑄(zhu)造(zao)工(gong)藝的(de)要求(qiu),配重塊的(de)結構(gou)設計應注意以下幾點:
一、要便于制造模(mo)型(xing)、芯盒和造型(xing):
1)配重塊的外形應力(li)求簡單,以便于起模,應盡量使(shi)鑄造分型面為平面,且(qie)數目小;
2)配(pei)重(zhong)塊的(de)內腔(qiang)應(ying)力求鑄(zhu)造時不用(yong)或少用(yong)型芯,當采用(yong)型芯時,應(ying)方便其支撐、固(gu)定(ding)及排氣出砂,時應(ying)設有(you)足夠的(de)工藝孔(kong);
3)對于配(pei)重塊內外側面及加強肋等結構,應在起模方向(xiang)設(she)有(you)的(de)結構斜度;
4)配重(zhong)塊上的(de)凸(tu)臺部(bu)分(fen)與(yu)配重(zhong)鐵本體不(bu)應相差過大,好(hao)取同一高度(du),同一面(mian)上的(de)距(ju)離較近的(de)幾個(ge)凸(tu)臺,好(hao)連成整(zheng)體的(de)凸(tu)起部(bu)分(fen)。
