叉車配重鐵工藝可分為(wei)(wei)三個基(ji)本部分,即配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵金(jin)屬準備、鑄(zhu)型(xing)準備和(he)鑄(zhu)件處理。 配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵金(jin)屬是指配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵生產(chan)中(zhong)用于澆注(zhu)鑄(zhu)件的金(jin)屬材(cai)(cai)料(liao),它是以(yi)一(yi)種(zhong)金(jin)屬元素為(wei)(wei)主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)成(cheng)分,并加入其(qi)他(ta)金(jin)屬或非金(jin)屬元素而(er)組成(cheng)的合金(jin),習(xi)慣上稱為(wei)(wei)配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵合金(jin),主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)有鑄(zhu)鐵、鑄(zhu)鋼和(he)配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵有色(se)合金(jin)。叉車配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵按(an)造(zao)型(xing)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)的不同,又可分為(wei)(wei)兩大(da)類:一(yi)類以(yi)天然礦產(chan)砂石作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)造(zao)型(xing)材(cai)(cai)料(liao),如(ru)(ru)熔模配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵、殼型(xing)配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵、負(fu)壓(ya)配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵、泥型(xing)配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵、實型(xing)配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵、陶瓷型(xing)配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵等;一(yi)類以(yi)金(jin)屬作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)鑄(zhu)型(xing)材(cai)(cai)料(liao),如(ru)(ru)金(jin)屬型(xing)配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵、離心配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵、連續(xu)配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵、叉車配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)件鐵、低壓(ya)配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵等。
配重塊結構設(she)計除應符合機器設(she)備本身的(de)要(yao)求(qiu)和機械加工(gong)工(gong)藝性的(de)要(yao)求(qiu)外,還應符合鑄造工(gong)藝的(de)要(yao)求(qiu),配重塊的(de)結構設(she)計應注意(yi)以下幾(ji)點:
一(yi)、要便于制造模(mo)型、芯盒和造型:
1)配重塊的外形應力求簡(jian)單,以便于(yu)起(qi)模(mo),應盡量使(shi)鑄(zhu)造分(fen)型面(mian)(mian)為平(ping)面(mian)(mian),且數目小;
2)配重塊的內腔(qiang)應力求鑄造時不用(yong)或(huo)少用(yong)型芯,當采(cai)用(yong)型芯時,應方便其支撐、固定及排氣出(chu)砂,時應設有(you)足夠的工藝孔;
3)對于配重(zhong)塊內外側面及(ji)加強肋(lei)等(deng)結構(gou),應在起模方向設有的結構(gou)斜度;
4)配(pei)重塊上的(de)(de)凸(tu)臺部(bu)分(fen)與配(pei)重鐵本體(ti)不應相差過大,好取同一(yi)高度,同一(yi)面上的(de)(de)距離較近的(de)(de)幾(ji)個凸(tu)臺,好連成整體(ti)的(de)(de)凸(tu)起部(bu)分(fen)。
