配重塊結構(gou)設計(ji)除應(ying)(ying)符合機(ji)器設備本身的(de)要(yao)求(qiu)和機(ji)械加工(gong)工(gong)藝性的(de)要(yao)求(qiu)外(wai),還(huan)應(ying)(ying)符合鑄造(zao)工(gong)藝的(de)要(yao)求(qiu),配重(zhong)塊的(de)結構(gou)設計(ji)應(ying)(ying)注意以(yi)下幾(ji)點:
一、要便(bian)于制造(zao)模型(xing)、芯盒和(he)造(zao)型(xing):
1)配重(zhong)塊的外(wai)形應(ying)力求簡單,以便于(yu)起(qi)模,應(ying)盡量(liang)使鑄造分型面(mian)為平面(mian),且(qie)數(shu)目小;
2)配重塊的內腔應(ying)(ying)力求(qiu)鑄造時(shi)不用或少用型芯(xin),當采(cai)用型芯(xin)時(shi),應(ying)(ying)方便其(qi)支撐(cheng)、固定及(ji)排(pai)氣出砂(sha),時(shi)應(ying)(ying)設有足(zu)夠(gou)的工藝孔(kong);
3)對于配重塊內外側(ce)面及加強(qiang)肋等結構,應在起(qi)模方(fang)向設有的結構斜(xie)度;
4)配重(zhong)塊上(shang)的凸臺部(bu)分與配重(zhong)鐵本(ben)體不(bu)應相差過(guo)大,好取(qu)同一(yi)(yi)高(gao)度,同一(yi)(yi)面上(shang)的距離較(jiao)近的幾(ji)個凸臺,好連成整體的凸起部(bu)分。
