配重塊結構設計除應符合機(ji)器設備本身的(de)要(yao)求和(he)機(ji)械加工(gong)工(gong)藝性的(de)要(yao)求外,還應符合鑄造(zao)工(gong)藝的(de)要(yao)求,配重(zhong)塊(kuai)的(de)結構設計應注意以下幾點(dian):
一、要便(bian)于制(zhi)造(zao)模型(xing)、芯(xin)盒和造(zao)型(xing):
1)配重塊的外形(xing)應力求簡單,以便(bian)于起模,應盡量(liang)使鑄(zhu)造分(fen)型(xing)面為平面,且(qie)數目小;
2)配重塊的內腔應(ying)力(li)求鑄造(zao)時不用或少(shao)用型(xing)芯,當(dang)采用型(xing)芯時,應(ying)方(fang)便其支撐、固定及排氣出砂,時應(ying)設(she)有足夠的工藝孔;
3)對(dui)于配重(zhong)塊內(nei)外側面及(ji)加強肋等結(jie)構,應在起模方向(xiang)設有的結(jie)構斜度;
4)配重塊上的凸(tu)臺部(bu)分與配重鐵本體不應相差(cha)過大,好取(qu)同(tong)一高(gao)度,同(tong)一面(mian)上的距離較近的幾個(ge)凸(tu)臺,好連成(cheng)整體的凸(tu)起部(bu)分。
