配重塊結構(gou)設(she)(she)計除應符合機(ji)器(qi)設(she)(she)備本身的要(yao)求(qiu)和機(ji)械加工(gong)工(gong)藝性的要(yao)求(qiu)外,還應符合鑄造工(gong)藝的要(yao)求(qiu),配重塊(kuai)的結構(gou)設(she)(she)計應注意(yi)以下幾(ji)點:
一(yi)、要便于制造模型(xing)、芯盒(he)和造型(xing):
1)配重塊的外形應力求簡單,以便(bian)于起(qi)模,應盡(jin)量使(shi)鑄造分(fen)型面為平面,且數目小;
2)配重塊的內腔應(ying)力(li)求鑄造時不用或少(shao)用型芯,當采用型芯時,應(ying)方便其支撐、固定及(ji)排氣出(chu)砂,時應(ying)設有足夠的工藝孔;
3)對于配重塊(kuai)內外側面及(ji)加強肋等結(jie)構,應在起(qi)模方向設有的(de)結(jie)構斜度;
4)配重(zhong)塊上的凸(tu)臺部分(fen)與配重(zhong)鐵本(ben)體不(bu)應相差過大,好取同一高度,同一面上的距離(li)較近的幾(ji)個(ge)凸(tu)臺,好連成整(zheng)體的凸(tu)起部分(fen)。
