配重塊結構(gou)設(she)計(ji)(ji)除應(ying)符合機(ji)器設(she)備(bei)本身的要(yao)求和(he)機(ji)械加工工藝(yi)性的要(yao)求外,還應(ying)符合鑄造工藝(yi)的要(yao)求,配重(zhong)塊的結構(gou)設(she)計(ji)(ji)應(ying)注意(yi)以(yi)下(xia)幾點:
一、要便于制(zhi)造(zao)模型、芯盒和造(zao)型:
1)配重塊的外(wai)形(xing)應力求(qiu)簡單,以(yi)便于起模,應盡(jin)量使鑄(zhu)造分型面為平面,且數目小;
2)配重(zhong)塊的內腔應(ying)(ying)力(li)求鑄造時不(bu)用或少用型芯,當采用型芯時,應(ying)(ying)方便其支撐(cheng)、固定及排氣出砂,時應(ying)(ying)設有(you)足夠的工藝孔;
3)對(dui)于配重塊內外側(ce)面及加強(qiang)肋等結構,應(ying)在起模方(fang)向設有的結構斜(xie)度;
4)配(pei)重(zhong)塊(kuai)上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)凸(tu)臺部分與配(pei)重(zhong)鐵本體不應(ying)相(xiang)差過大,好(hao)(hao)取(qu)同一(yi)高度(du),同一(yi)面(mian)上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)距(ju)離(li)較近的(de)(de)幾個(ge)凸(tu)臺,好(hao)(hao)連成(cheng)整體的(de)(de)凸(tu)起部分。
