配重塊結構設(she)計除應(ying)(ying)符合(he)機(ji)器設(she)備本(ben)身的(de)(de)要(yao)求和機(ji)械加工(gong)工(gong)藝性的(de)(de)要(yao)求外,還應(ying)(ying)符合(he)鑄(zhu)造工(gong)藝的(de)(de)要(yao)求,配重塊的(de)(de)結構設(she)計應(ying)(ying)注意以下(xia)幾(ji)點:
一、要便(bian)于制(zhi)造(zao)(zao)模型、芯盒和造(zao)(zao)型:
1)配重塊的外形應(ying)力求(qiu)簡單,以(yi)便于起模,應(ying)盡量使鑄(zhu)造(zao)分型面為平面,且(qie)數目小;
2)配重塊的(de)內腔應力(li)求鑄(zhu)造時(shi)(shi)不用(yong)或(huo)少用(yong)型芯(xin),當采用(yong)型芯(xin)時(shi)(shi),應方便其支(zhi)撐、固定及排氣(qi)出砂,時(shi)(shi)應設有足夠的(de)工藝孔(kong);
3)對于配重塊內(nei)外側面及加強肋等結構(gou),應在起模方向(xiang)設有的結構(gou)斜度;
4)配(pei)(pei)重(zhong)塊(kuai)上的凸(tu)臺部分與配(pei)(pei)重(zhong)鐵本(ben)體不應相差過大(da),好(hao)取同(tong)一(yi)高度,同(tong)一(yi)面上的距(ju)離較近的幾個(ge)凸(tu)臺,好(hao)連成整體的凸(tu)起部分。
