配重塊結構(gou)設計(ji)除應(ying)符(fu)合機器(qi)設備本身的要(yao)求(qiu)和機械加工工藝性的要(yao)求(qiu)外,還應(ying)符(fu)合鑄(zhu)造工藝的要(yao)求(qiu),配重塊的結構(gou)設計(ji)應(ying)注意(yi)以下幾點(dian):
一、要便于(yu)制(zhi)造(zao)(zao)模(mo)型(xing)、芯(xin)盒和(he)造(zao)(zao)型(xing):
1)配重(zhong)塊(kuai)的外形(xing)應力求簡單,以(yi)便于(yu)起模,應盡量使(shi)鑄造分型面(mian)為平面(mian),且(qie)數目小;
2)配重塊的內腔應力求鑄造(zao)時不用或(huo)少用型(xing)芯,當采用型(xing)芯時,應方便其支(zhi)撐、固定及排氣出砂,時應設有足夠的工藝(yi)孔;
3)對于配重塊(kuai)內外側面及(ji)加強肋(lei)等結構(gou),應在(zai)起(qi)模(mo)方向設有的結構(gou)斜(xie)度;
4)配(pei)(pei)重塊上的凸(tu)臺(tai)部分與配(pei)(pei)重鐵本體不(bu)應相差過大,好取同一高度,同一面上的距離較近的幾個凸(tu)臺(tai),好連成整體的凸(tu)起部分。
