配重塊結(jie)構(gou)設計除應(ying)符合機器設備本身的要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)和機械(xie)加工(gong)工(gong)藝性(xing)的要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)外,還應(ying)符合鑄(zhu)造工(gong)藝的要(yao)(yao)求(qiu),配重塊的結(jie)構(gou)設計應(ying)注意以下幾點(dian):
一、要便于(yu)制造模型、芯盒和造型:
1)配重塊的外形應力求簡單,以便于起模(mo),應盡量使鑄造分(fen)型面(mian)(mian)為平面(mian)(mian),且數目小;
2)配重塊的內腔應力求鑄造時(shi)不用或少用型芯(xin),當采用型芯(xin)時(shi),應方便其支撐、固定(ding)及排氣出(chu)砂,時(shi)應設有足夠的工藝孔(kong);
3)對于配重塊內(nei)外側面及加強肋(lei)等結(jie)構(gou),應在(zai)起模(mo)方(fang)向設有的結(jie)構(gou)斜度(du);
4)配重塊(kuai)上的(de)凸臺(tai)部(bu)分(fen)與配重鐵本體(ti)(ti)不(bu)應相差(cha)過大(da),好取(qu)同一(yi)高度,同一(yi)面上的(de)距離(li)較近的(de)幾個凸臺(tai),好連成整體(ti)(ti)的(de)凸起部(bu)分(fen)。
