配重塊結構設(she)計除應符(fu)合機器設(she)備本身的(de)要求和機械加工(gong)工(gong)藝性的(de)要求外(wai),還應符(fu)合鑄造工(gong)藝的(de)要求,配重塊的(de)結構設(she)計應注意以下(xia)幾點:
一(yi)、要便于制造(zao)模型(xing)(xing)、芯盒和造(zao)型(xing)(xing):
1)配重塊的外形應力(li)求簡單,以便于起模,應盡量使鑄造分型面(mian)(mian)為(wei)平面(mian)(mian),且(qie)數目小;
2)配重塊的內腔應(ying)力求鑄(zhu)造時(shi)不(bu)用(yong)(yong)或(huo)少用(yong)(yong)型(xing)芯,當(dang)采用(yong)(yong)型(xing)芯時(shi),應(ying)方便其支撐、固定及排氣(qi)出砂,時(shi)應(ying)設有足(zu)夠的工(gong)藝(yi)孔;
3)對于(yu)配重塊內(nei)外(wai)側面及加強肋等結構(gou),應(ying)在(zai)起模(mo)方(fang)向設有的結構(gou)斜度;
4)配(pei)重(zhong)塊上(shang)的凸臺部分與(yu)配(pei)重(zhong)鐵本(ben)體不(bu)應相(xiang)差過大(da),好取(qu)同一(yi)高度,同一(yi)面(mian)上(shang)的距離較近(jin)的幾個(ge)凸臺,好連成整體的凸起部分。
