鑄件的精度和生產過程的經濟表現,主要取決于這道工序。在很多現代化的配重鐵車間里,造(zao)型(xing)(xing)(xing)造(zao)芯(xin)都實現了機械化(hua)或自動化(hua)。常用的砂型(xing)(xing)(xing)造(zao)型(xing)(xing)(xing)造(zao)芯(xin)設備有高、中、低(di)壓造(zao)型(xing)(xing)(xing)機、拋砂機、無箱射壓造(zao)型(xing)(xing)(xing)機、射芯(xin)機、冷和(he)熱芯(xin)盒(he)機等。
叉車配重鐵工藝可分為(wei)三個(ge)基本部分,即配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)(shu)準備、鑄(zhu)型(xing)(xing)準備和鑄(zhu)件(jian)處理(li)。 配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)(shu)是指配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵生產(chan)中用(yong)于澆(jiao)注鑄(zhu)件(jian)的金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)(shu)材料,它是以一(yi)(yi)種金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)(shu)元素為(wei)主(zhu)(zhu)要成(cheng)分,并(bing)加入其(qi)他金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)(shu)或非(fei)金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)(shu)元素而組成(cheng)的合(he)金(jin),習慣上稱(cheng)為(wei)配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵合(he)金(jin),主(zhu)(zhu)要有鑄(zhu)鐵、鑄(zhu)鋼和配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵有色合(he)金(jin)。叉(cha)車配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵按造型(xing)(xing)材料的不同,又可分為(wei)兩大(da)類:一(yi)(yi)類以天然礦(kuang)產(chan)砂石作(zuo)為(wei)主(zhu)(zhu)要造型(xing)(xing)材料,如熔模配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵、殼(ke)型(xing)(xing)配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵、負壓配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵、泥型(xing)(xing)配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵、實型(xing)(xing)配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵、陶瓷型(xing)(xing)配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵等;一(yi)(yi)類以金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)(shu)作(zuo)為(wei)主(zhu)(zhu)要鑄(zhu)型(xing)(xing)材料,如金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)(shu)型(xing)(xing)配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵、離(li)心配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵、連續配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵、叉(cha)車配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)件(jian)鐵、低壓配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵等。
配重塊結(jie)構(gou)設(she)計除應(ying)符合機(ji)器設(she)備(bei)本身的(de)(de)要(yao)求和機(ji)械加工(gong)工(gong)藝性的(de)(de)要(yao)求外,還應(ying)符合鑄造工(gong)藝的(de)(de)要(yao)求,配重塊的(de)(de)結(jie)構(gou)設(she)計應(ying)注意(yi)以下幾點(dian):
一、要便于制造模型、芯盒和造型:
1)配(pei)重塊的外(wai)形應力(li)求簡(jian)單,以(yi)便于起模,應盡量使鑄造分(fen)型面為(wei)平面,且數目小;
2)配重(zhong)塊的(de)內腔應(ying)力(li)求鑄造時不用或少用型(xing)芯,當采用型(xing)芯時,應(ying)方便(bian)其支(zhi)撐(cheng)、固(gu)定及排氣出砂,時應(ying)設有(you)足夠的(de)工藝孔;
3)對于配重塊內外側面及(ji)加強(qiang)肋等結構(gou),應在起模方向設有(you)的結構(gou)斜度(du);
4)配重塊上的(de)凸(tu)臺部分與配重鐵本體不(bu)應(ying)相差過大,好取同一(yi)高度,同一(yi)面上的(de)距(ju)離較(jiao)近(jin)的(de)幾個凸(tu)臺,好連成(cheng)整體的(de)凸(tu)起(qi)部分。
