配重塊結構(gou)設(she)(she)計(ji)(ji)除應(ying)符合機器設(she)(she)備(bei)本身的(de)要求(qiu)和(he)機械加(jia)工(gong)工(gong)藝(yi)性(xing)的(de)要求(qiu)外,還應(ying)符合鑄造工(gong)藝(yi)的(de)要求(qiu),配重塊的(de)結構(gou)設(she)(she)計(ji)(ji)應(ying)注意以下幾(ji)點(dian):
一(yi)、要便于制造(zao)模型(xing)(xing)、芯盒(he)和造(zao)型(xing)(xing):
1)配重塊(kuai)的外形應(ying)力求(qiu)簡單,以便于(yu)起模,應(ying)盡量使(shi)鑄造(zao)分型面(mian)為平面(mian),且數目小(xiao);
2)配重塊的(de)內(nei)腔應力求鑄造時(shi)不用或少用型(xing)芯(xin),當采用型(xing)芯(xin)時(shi),應方便其支撐、固定及排氣出砂,時(shi)應設有足夠的(de)工藝孔(kong);
3)對于(yu)配重塊內(nei)外側面及加強(qiang)肋等(deng)結(jie)構(gou),應(ying)在起模(mo)方向設(she)有(you)的結(jie)構(gou)斜度(du);
4)配重(zhong)塊上的凸(tu)臺部(bu)分(fen)與配重(zhong)鐵本體(ti)不應相差(cha)過大,好(hao)取同(tong)一高度,同(tong)一面(mian)上的距(ju)離較近的幾(ji)個(ge)凸(tu)臺,好(hao)連(lian)成(cheng)整體(ti)的凸(tu)起(qi)部(bu)分(fen)。
