配重塊結構設(she)計除應(ying)符合機(ji)器設(she)備本(ben)身的要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)和機(ji)械(xie)加工工藝(yi)性的要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)外,還應(ying)符合鑄造工藝(yi)的要(yao)(yao)求(qiu),配重塊的結構設(she)計應(ying)注意以下幾點:
一、要便于(yu)制(zhi)造模型、芯(xin)盒和造型:
1)配重塊(kuai)的(de)外形應力(li)求(qiu)簡單,以便(bian)于起(qi)模,應盡(jin)量使鑄造分型面為平面,且數(shu)目小(xiao);
2)配重塊的內腔應(ying)力求(qiu)鑄造時不用或少(shao)用型芯,當采用型芯時,應(ying)方便其支撐、固定及排氣出(chu)砂,時應(ying)設有(you)足夠的工藝孔(kong);
3)對于配重塊內外(wai)側面及加(jia)強肋等結(jie)構(gou),應在起模方向(xiang)設有的結(jie)構(gou)斜度;
4)配重塊上(shang)的(de)凸臺(tai)部分與配重鐵本體(ti)不應相差過大,好(hao)(hao)取同一(yi)高度,同一(yi)面(mian)上(shang)的(de)距離較近的(de)幾個(ge)凸臺(tai),好(hao)(hao)連成整(zheng)體(ti)的(de)凸起部分。
