鑄件的精度和生產過程的經濟表現,主要取決于這道工序。在很多現代化的配重鐵車(che)間里,造型(xing)造芯都(dou)實現了機械(xie)化或自動化。常用的砂(sha)型(xing)造型(xing)造芯設備有高(gao)、中、低壓(ya)(ya)造型(xing)機、拋砂(sha)機、無箱(xiang)射壓(ya)(ya)造型(xing)機、射芯機、冷和熱芯盒機等。
叉車配重鐵工藝可分為三(san)個基本部分,即(ji)配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵金(jin)(jin)(jin)屬(shu)(shu)準(zhun)備(bei)、鑄(zhu)(zhu)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)準(zhun)備(bei)和鑄(zhu)(zhu)件(jian)(jian)處理。 配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵金(jin)(jin)(jin)屬(shu)(shu)是(shi)指配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵生產中用于澆注鑄(zhu)(zhu)件(jian)(jian)的金(jin)(jin)(jin)屬(shu)(shu)材(cai)料(liao),它是(shi)以一(yi)種(zhong)金(jin)(jin)(jin)屬(shu)(shu)元素為主(zhu)要(yao)成分,并加入(ru)其(qi)他金(jin)(jin)(jin)屬(shu)(shu)或(huo)非金(jin)(jin)(jin)屬(shu)(shu)元素而組成的合(he)(he)金(jin)(jin)(jin),習(xi)慣上稱為配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵合(he)(he)金(jin)(jin)(jin),主(zhu)要(yao)有(you)鑄(zhu)(zhu)鐵、鑄(zhu)(zhu)鋼和配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵有(you)色合(he)(he)金(jin)(jin)(jin)。叉(cha)車配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵按(an)造型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)材(cai)料(liao)的不同,又可分為兩大類(lei):一(yi)類(lei)以天然礦產砂石作(zuo)為主(zhu)要(yao)造型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)材(cai)料(liao),如熔模配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵、殼型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵、負(fu)壓(ya)配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵、泥(ni)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵、實型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵、陶瓷型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵等;一(yi)類(lei)以金(jin)(jin)(jin)屬(shu)(shu)作(zuo)為主(zhu)要(yao)鑄(zhu)(zhu)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)材(cai)料(liao),如金(jin)(jin)(jin)屬(shu)(shu)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵、離心配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵、連續配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵、叉(cha)車配(pei)件(jian)(jian)鐵、低壓(ya)配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵等。
配重塊結構設(she)(she)計除應符(fu)合(he)機器設(she)(she)備本身(shen)的要求和(he)機械(xie)加工(gong)工(gong)藝性(xing)的要求外(wai),還應符(fu)合(he)鑄造工(gong)藝的要求,配重塊(kuai)的結構設(she)(she)計應注意以下幾點(dian):
一、要便(bian)于制造模型、芯(xin)盒和造型:
1)配重(zhong)塊的外形應力求簡單,以便于起模,應盡量使鑄造分型面為(wei)平面,且數目(mu)小(xiao);
2)配重塊的內腔應力求鑄(zhu)造時不用或(huo)少用型芯,當采用型芯時,應方便其支撐、固定及排氣出砂,時應設有足夠的工藝孔;
3)對于(yu)配重塊(kuai)內(nei)外側面及加強(qiang)肋(lei)等結構,應在起模方向設有的結構斜度;
4)配重(zhong)塊上的凸(tu)臺(tai)(tai)部分(fen)與配重(zhong)鐵本體(ti)(ti)不應(ying)相(xiang)差(cha)過大(da),好取同一(yi)高度(du),同一(yi)面上的距離較近的幾個凸(tu)臺(tai)(tai),好連成整體(ti)(ti)的凸(tu)起部分(fen)。
