配重塊結構設(she)計(ji)除應符(fu)合機器設(she)備本(ben)身(shen)的要求(qiu)和機械加工工藝性(xing)的要求(qiu)外,還(huan)應符(fu)合鑄造工藝的要求(qiu),配(pei)重塊(kuai)的結構設(she)計(ji)應注意(yi)以(yi)下幾點:
一、要便于制造(zao)模型、芯盒和(he)造(zao)型:
1)配重塊的外(wai)形應力(li)求簡單(dan),以便于起(qi)模,應盡量使鑄造分型面(mian)為平面(mian),且數目(mu)小;
2)配重(zhong)塊的內(nei)腔應(ying)力求鑄(zhu)造時不用或少(shao)用型芯,當(dang)采用型芯時,應(ying)方便其支撐、固(gu)定及排(pai)氣出砂,時應(ying)設(she)有足夠(gou)的工藝孔;
3)對于(yu)配重(zhong)塊內(nei)外側面及加(jia)強肋等(deng)結(jie)構,應在起模方向設有的結(jie)構斜(xie)度;
4)配(pei)重塊上的(de)凸(tu)臺(tai)部分與配(pei)重鐵(tie)本(ben)體不(bu)應相差過大,好取同一(yi)高度(du),同一(yi)面上的(de)距離較近的(de)幾個凸(tu)臺(tai),好連成整體的(de)凸(tu)起(qi)部分。
