鑄件的精度和生產過程的經濟表現,主要取決于這道工序。在很多現代化的配重鐵車間里,造(zao)型(xing)造(zao)芯(xin)都實現了機械化或自動化。常用(yong)的砂(sha)型(xing)造(zao)型(xing)造(zao)芯(xin)設備有高、中、低壓(ya)造(zao)型(xing)機、拋砂(sha)機、無箱(xiang)射壓(ya)造(zao)型(xing)機、射芯(xin)機、冷和熱芯(xin)盒機等(deng)。
叉車配重鐵(tie)(tie)工藝可分(fen)(fen)為(wei)三個基本部分(fen)(fen),即配(pei)(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)準備、鑄(zhu)型(xing)準備和鑄(zhu)件(jian)(jian)處(chu)理。 配(pei)(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)是(shi)指配(pei)(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)生產中用(yong)于澆(jiao)注鑄(zhu)件(jian)(jian)的金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)材(cai)料(liao),它是(shi)以一(yi)種金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)元(yuan)素為(wei)主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)成分(fen)(fen),并加入其他金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)或非(fei)金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)元(yuan)素而組成的合(he)金(jin),習慣上(shang)稱為(wei)配(pei)(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)合(he)金(jin),主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)有鑄(zhu)鐵(tie)(tie)、鑄(zhu)鋼和配(pei)(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)有色合(he)金(jin)。叉車配(pei)(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)按造(zao)型(xing)材(cai)料(liao)的不同,又可分(fen)(fen)為(wei)兩(liang)大類:一(yi)類以天然(ran)礦產砂石作為(wei)主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)造(zao)型(xing)材(cai)料(liao),如熔模配(pei)(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)、殼(ke)型(xing)配(pei)(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)、負壓配(pei)(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)、泥型(xing)配(pei)(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)、實型(xing)配(pei)(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)、陶(tao)瓷型(xing)配(pei)(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)等(deng);一(yi)類以金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)作為(wei)主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)鑄(zhu)型(xing)材(cai)料(liao),如金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)型(xing)配(pei)(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)、離心配(pei)(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)、連續配(pei)(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)、叉車配(pei)(pei)件(jian)(jian)鐵(tie)(tie)、低壓配(pei)(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)等(deng)。
配重塊結構(gou)設計除應符合機(ji)器設備本身的要(yao)求和機(ji)械加工工藝性的要(yao)求外,還應符合鑄造(zao)工藝的要(yao)求,配重塊的結構(gou)設計應注意以下幾點(dian):
一、要便于制(zhi)造模型(xing)、芯(xin)盒(he)和造型(xing):
1)配重塊的外形應力求(qiu)簡(jian)單,以便于起模,應盡量使(shi)鑄造分型面為平(ping)面,且數(shu)目小;
2)配(pei)重塊的內腔(qiang)應(ying)力求鑄造時(shi)不用(yong)或(huo)少用(yong)型(xing)芯,當采用(yong)型(xing)芯時(shi),應(ying)方便其支撐、固定及排氣出砂,時(shi)應(ying)設(she)有足夠的工藝(yi)孔;
3)對于配重塊內外(wai)側面及加(jia)強肋等(deng)結(jie)構,應在起(qi)模方(fang)向設有的結(jie)構斜度;
4)配重塊上的(de)(de)凸臺部分與配重鐵本體不應(ying)相(xiang)差過大(da),好取(qu)同一高度,同一面上的(de)(de)距(ju)離較(jiao)近(jin)的(de)(de)幾個凸臺,好連成整體的(de)(de)凸起(qi)部分。
