鑄件的精度和生產過程的經濟表現,主要取決于這道工序。在很多現代化的配重鐵車間里,造型(xing)造芯(xin)(xin)都實現了機(ji)械化(hua)或自動(dong)化(hua)。常用的砂型(xing)造型(xing)造芯(xin)(xin)設備(bei)有高(gao)、中(zhong)、低壓(ya)造型(xing)機(ji)、拋(pao)砂機(ji)、無箱(xiang)射壓(ya)造型(xing)機(ji)、射芯(xin)(xin)機(ji)、冷和熱(re)芯(xin)(xin)盒(he)機(ji)等(deng)。
叉車配重鐵(tie)工(gong)藝可分為三個基本部分,即配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)準備、鑄型準備和鑄件(jian)處理。 配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)是指配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)生產(chan)中用(yong)于澆注鑄件(jian)的(de)(de)金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)材料(liao),它是以一種金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)元(yuan)素(su)為主(zhu)要(yao)成分,并加(jia)入(ru)其他金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)或(huo)非(fei)金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)元(yuan)素(su)而組成的(de)(de)合(he)金(jin),習慣(guan)上稱(cheng)為配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)合(he)金(jin),主(zhu)要(yao)有鑄鐵(tie)、鑄鋼和配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)有色合(he)金(jin)。叉車配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)按造(zao)型材料(liao)的(de)(de)不同,又可分為兩大(da)類:一類以天(tian)然(ran)礦產(chan)砂(sha)石作(zuo)為主(zhu)要(yao)造(zao)型材料(liao),如熔模配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)、殼型配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)、負(fu)壓(ya)配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)、泥(ni)型配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)、實型配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)、陶(tao)瓷型配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)等;一類以金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)作(zuo)為主(zhu)要(yao)鑄型材料(liao),如金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)型配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)、離心配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)、連續配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)、叉車配(pei)件(jian)鐵(tie)、低壓(ya)配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)等。
配重塊結(jie)構(gou)(gou)設計(ji)除應(ying)符(fu)合機(ji)器設備本身的(de)要求和機(ji)械加工工藝性的(de)要求外,還應(ying)符(fu)合鑄造(zao)工藝的(de)要求,配重塊的(de)結(jie)構(gou)(gou)設計(ji)應(ying)注意以下幾點(dian):
一、要便于制造模型、芯盒(he)和造型:
1)配(pei)重塊的外形應力(li)求簡單,以便于(yu)起模(mo),應盡(jin)量(liang)使鑄造分(fen)型面為(wei)平面,且數目小;
2)配(pei)重(zhong)塊的(de)內腔應(ying)力求鑄造時不(bu)用或(huo)少用型(xing)芯(xin),當采用型(xing)芯(xin)時,應(ying)方(fang)便(bian)其支(zhi)撐、固定及排氣出(chu)砂,時應(ying)設(she)有足夠的(de)工(gong)藝孔;
3)對(dui)于(yu)配重塊(kuai)內外側面及加(jia)強肋等(deng)結(jie)構(gou),應在起(qi)模(mo)方向設有(you)的結(jie)構(gou)斜(xie)度;
4)配重塊上的(de)(de)凸(tu)(tu)臺部分與配重鐵本(ben)體不(bu)應相差(cha)過大,好(hao)取(qu)同一高度,同一面(mian)上的(de)(de)距離較近(jin)的(de)(de)幾個凸(tu)(tu)臺,好(hao)連(lian)成整(zheng)體的(de)(de)凸(tu)(tu)起部分。
