配重塊結構(gou)設計除(chu)應(ying)符合(he)(he)機(ji)器(qi)設備本身(shen)的要(yao)求和機(ji)械加工(gong)工(gong)藝性的要(yao)求外,還應(ying)符合(he)(he)鑄造工(gong)藝的要(yao)求,配重塊的結構(gou)設計應(ying)注意以下幾(ji)點:
一、要便于制(zhi)造(zao)模型、芯盒和造(zao)型:
1)配重(zhong)塊(kuai)的外形應(ying)力(li)求簡單,以便(bian)于起模,應(ying)盡量(liang)使(shi)鑄造分(fen)型面(mian)為平面(mian),且數目小;
2)配重(zhong)塊的內腔應力求鑄造時不用(yong)或(huo)少(shao)用(yong)型芯,當采(cai)用(yong)型芯時,應方便其支(zhi)撐、固定及排氣出(chu)砂,時應設有足夠的工藝孔;
3)對(dui)于配重塊內外側面及加(jia)強肋(lei)等結(jie)構,應在起(qi)模方(fang)向設有的結(jie)構斜(xie)度;
4)配重塊上的凸(tu)臺(tai)(tai)部(bu)分與配重鐵(tie)本體不應相差過大,好取同一(yi)高度,同一(yi)面上的距離較近的幾個凸(tu)臺(tai)(tai),好連成整體的凸(tu)起部(bu)分。
