鑄件的精度和生產過程的經濟表現,主要取決于這道工序。在很多現代化的配重鐵車間(jian)里,造(zao)(zao)型(xing)造(zao)(zao)芯都實現了(le)機(ji)(ji)械化或自(zi)動化。常用的(de)砂(sha)型(xing)造(zao)(zao)型(xing)造(zao)(zao)芯設備(bei)有高、中(zhong)、低壓(ya)造(zao)(zao)型(xing)機(ji)(ji)、拋(pao)砂(sha)機(ji)(ji)、無(wu)箱射壓(ya)造(zao)(zao)型(xing)機(ji)(ji)、射芯機(ji)(ji)、冷和熱芯盒機(ji)(ji)等。
叉車配重鐵(tie)工藝可分為(wei)(wei)三個基本部分,即配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)金(jin)屬準備、鑄型(xing)(xing)準備和鑄件(jian)處理(li)。 配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)金(jin)屬是指配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)生產中用于澆注鑄件(jian)的(de)(de)金(jin)屬材料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao),它是以(yi)(yi)一種金(jin)屬元(yuan)素為(wei)(wei)主要(yao)(yao)成分,并加入其(qi)他金(jin)屬或(huo)非(fei)金(jin)屬元(yuan)素而組成的(de)(de)合(he)(he)金(jin),習慣上(shang)稱為(wei)(wei)配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)合(he)(he)金(jin),主要(yao)(yao)有(you)鑄鐵(tie)、鑄鋼和配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)有(you)色合(he)(he)金(jin)。叉車配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)按(an)造型(xing)(xing)材料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)的(de)(de)不同,又可分為(wei)(wei)兩大類(lei):一類(lei)以(yi)(yi)天然礦產砂石作為(wei)(wei)主要(yao)(yao)造型(xing)(xing)材料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao),如(ru)熔(rong)模(mo)配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)、殼型(xing)(xing)配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)、負壓(ya)配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)、泥型(xing)(xing)配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)、實型(xing)(xing)配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)、陶(tao)瓷型(xing)(xing)配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)等;一類(lei)以(yi)(yi)金(jin)屬作為(wei)(wei)主要(yao)(yao)鑄型(xing)(xing)材料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao),如(ru)金(jin)屬型(xing)(xing)配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)、離(li)心配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)、連續配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)、叉車配(pei)件(jian)鐵(tie)、低壓(ya)配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)等。
配重塊結(jie)構設(she)計除應(ying)符合機器設(she)備(bei)本身的要求和機械加工工藝性的要求外,還(huan)應(ying)符合鑄造工藝的要求,配重塊的結(jie)構設(she)計應(ying)注(zhu)意以下幾點:
一、要便于制造(zao)模型、芯(xin)盒和(he)造(zao)型:
1)配重塊的外形應力求簡(jian)單,以便(bian)于起(qi)模,應盡量使鑄造分型(xing)面為平面,且數目小;
2)配重(zhong)塊的內腔應(ying)力求鑄造時(shi)不用(yong)或少用(yong)型芯(xin),當(dang)采用(yong)型芯(xin)時(shi),應(ying)方便(bian)其支(zhi)撐、固定及排(pai)氣出砂,時(shi)應(ying)設有足夠(gou)的工藝孔;
3)對(dui)于配重塊內外側面(mian)及加強肋等結構,應在起模(mo)方(fang)向設有的結構斜度;
4)配重(zhong)塊上的凸臺(tai)部分與配重(zhong)鐵本體不應(ying)相差過大,好取同一(yi)高度,同一(yi)面(mian)上的距(ju)離較近的幾個(ge)凸臺(tai),好連(lian)成(cheng)整體的凸起部分。
