配重塊結構設計除(chu)應(ying)(ying)符合機器設備本身的要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)和機械加工(gong)工(gong)藝性的要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)外，還應(ying)(ying)符合鑄造(zao)工(gong)藝的要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)，配重塊的結構設計應(ying)(ying)注意(yi)以下幾點：
一(yi)、要便于制造模(mo)型(xing)(xing)、芯盒和造型(xing)(xing)：
1)配(pei)重塊的(de)外形應力求(qiu)簡單(dan)，以便于(yu)起模，應盡量使鑄(zhu)造(zao)分型面為平(ping)面，且數(shu)目小;
2)配重塊的內腔應(ying)力求鑄造時不(bu)用(yong)或少用(yong)型(xing)芯，當采用(yong)型(xing)芯時，應(ying)方(fang)便其支撐(cheng)、固定(ding)及排氣出砂，時應(ying)設有足夠(gou)的工藝孔(kong);
3)對于(yu)配重(zhong)塊內外側(ce)面及加(jia)強肋等結構，應在(zai)起(qi)模方向設(she)有(you)的結構斜度;
4)配(pei)重(zhong)塊上的(de)(de)(de)凸臺部分與配(pei)重(zhong)鐵本體(ti)不應相(xiang)差(cha)過大(da)，好(hao)取(qu)同(tong)一(yi)高度，同(tong)一(yi)面上的(de)(de)(de)距(ju)離較近的(de)(de)(de)幾個凸臺，好(hao)連成(cheng)整體(ti)的(de)(de)(de)凸起部分。
