配重塊結構(gou)設(she)計除應(ying)符(fu)合機器(qi)設(she)備本身的要求和(he)機械(xie)加工工藝性的要求外,還(huan)應(ying)符(fu)合鑄造工藝的要求,配重塊的結構(gou)設(she)計應(ying)注意以(yi)下幾點:
一、要便于制造模型、芯盒和造型:
1)配重塊的(de)外形應力求簡(jian)單(dan),以便(bian)于起模,應盡(jin)量使鑄造分型(xing)面(mian)為平(ping)面(mian),且數(shu)目(mu)小(xiao);
2)配重(zhong)塊的(de)內(nei)腔(qiang)應力求鑄造(zao)時不用(yong)(yong)或少用(yong)(yong)型芯(xin),當采用(yong)(yong)型芯(xin)時,應方(fang)便其(qi)支撐、固定及(ji)排(pai)氣(qi)出砂,時應設有足夠的(de)工藝孔;
3)對于配(pei)重(zhong)塊內外側面及加強肋等結(jie)構,應在起(qi)模方向設有的結(jie)構斜度;
4)配重(zhong)(zhong)塊(kuai)上的(de)凸(tu)臺(tai)部分(fen)與配重(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)本體(ti)不(bu)應相差過(guo)大,好取(qu)同(tong)(tong)一高度(du),同(tong)(tong)一面(mian)上的(de)距離較近的(de)幾個(ge)凸(tu)臺(tai),好連成整體(ti)的(de)凸(tu)起部分(fen)。
