配重塊結構設計除(chu)應(ying)符合機器設備本身的要求和(he)機械加工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)性的要求外,還應(ying)符合鑄造工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)的要求,配重(zhong)塊(kuai)的結構設計應(ying)注意(yi)以下幾點:
一(yi)、要便于制(zhi)造模(mo)型、芯盒和造型:
1)配重塊的外形應(ying)力求簡單,以便于起模,應(ying)盡(jin)量使鑄造(zao)分型面為(wei)平面,且數(shu)目小;
2)配重塊的(de)內(nei)腔應(ying)力(li)求鑄造時(shi)不(bu)用或少用型芯(xin),當(dang)采(cai)用型芯(xin)時(shi),應(ying)方便其(qi)支撐、固定(ding)及排氣出砂,時(shi)應(ying)設有足夠的(de)工藝孔(kong);
3)對于配重塊內外側面及(ji)加強肋等結構,應在(zai)起模方向設有的結構斜度;
4)配重塊上(shang)的(de)凸(tu)臺部(bu)分與(yu)配重鐵本體(ti)不應相差過大(da),好取同一(yi)高度,同一(yi)面上(shang)的(de)距離較近的(de)幾個凸(tu)臺,好連(lian)成整體(ti)的(de)凸(tu)起部(bu)分。
