配重塊結(jie)構設(she)計除應(ying)符合(he)機器(qi)設(she)備本身(shen)的要求(qiu)(qiu)和(he)機械(xie)加工工藝性的要求(qiu)(qiu)外,還應(ying)符合(he)鑄造工藝的要求(qiu)(qiu),配重(zhong)塊的結(jie)構設(she)計應(ying)注意以下幾(ji)點:
一、要便于(yu)制造模型(xing)、芯(xin)盒和造型(xing):
1)配重塊的(de)外形應(ying)力求(qiu)簡單,以便于起(qi)模,應(ying)盡量使(shi)鑄造分型(xing)面為平面,且數(shu)目小;
2)配重(zhong)塊的(de)內(nei)腔應(ying)力(li)求鑄造時(shi)(shi)不(bu)用或少用型(xing)芯(xin),當(dang)采用型(xing)芯(xin)時(shi)(shi),應(ying)方便其支撐、固定及排氣出砂,時(shi)(shi)應(ying)設有(you)足夠的(de)工藝孔;
3)對于(yu)配重塊內外(wai)側面及加強肋(lei)等結構(gou)(gou),應(ying)在起模方向設(she)有的結構(gou)(gou)斜度;
4)配重(zhong)塊(kuai)上的凸(tu)臺(tai)部分與配重(zhong)鐵本體不應相差過大,好取(qu)同(tong)一高度,同(tong)一面(mian)上的距離較近的幾(ji)個凸(tu)臺(tai),好連(lian)成整(zheng)體的凸(tu)起部分。
