配重塊結構設計除應(ying)符合(he)機器(qi)設備本身的(de)要求和機械加工工藝性的(de)要求外(wai),還(huan)應(ying)符合(he)鑄造工藝的(de)要求,配重塊的(de)結構設計應(ying)注意以下幾點:
一、要(yao)便于(yu)制造(zao)(zao)模型、芯(xin)盒和造(zao)(zao)型:
1)配(pei)重塊的外形(xing)應(ying)力求簡單,以便于起模,應(ying)盡量(liang)使(shi)鑄造分型面為(wei)平面,且數目小;
2)配重塊的(de)內腔應力求(qiu)鑄造時(shi)不用或少用型芯,當采用型芯時(shi),應方便其支(zhi)撐、固定及排氣出砂,時(shi)應設有足夠的(de)工(gong)藝(yi)孔;
3)對(dui)于配重塊內外側面及加強肋(lei)等(deng)結(jie)構(gou),應在起模方向設有的(de)結(jie)構(gou)斜(xie)度;
4)配(pei)重塊上的凸(tu)臺部(bu)分與配(pei)重鐵本體不(bu)應(ying)相差過(guo)大,好(hao)(hao)取同一高度,同一面上的距離(li)較近的幾個凸(tu)臺,好(hao)(hao)連成(cheng)整體的凸(tu)起部(bu)分。
